- Paul TautgesElder, Senior Pastor
Dr. Paul Tautges serves as senior pastor at Cornerstone, having previously pastored for twenty-two years in Wisconsin. Paul has authored or edited over 70 books, including Remade: Embracing Your Complete Identity in Christ, Anxiety: Knowing God’s Peace, A Small Book for the Hurting Heart, and Counseling One Another. He is also the consulting editor of the LifeLine Mini-Book series from Shepherd Press. Paul is a council member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition, a teaching fellow with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and has completed the Formation Certificate from CCEF. He and his wife, Karen, enjoy their ten
children, their sons- and daughters-in-law, and a growing tribe of grandchildren. Paul enjoys writing to cultivate discipleship among believers and, therefore, blogs regularly at Counseling One Another. - Ed FedorElder, Executive Pastor
Pastor Fedor had been President of his family business prior to answering God’s call to join the Cornerstone staff. He has been a member of Cornerstone since 1995, an elder since 1998, and joined the staff in June of 2003. Ed is ordained by the Evangelical Free Church of America and has a Master of Arts degree in Theology and completed one year of doctoral studies. He is a Certified Biblical Counselor through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). He oversees the church staff, Growth Group ministries, leadership development, ministry development, seminars, and administrative functions. Ed and his wife Elizabeth have two grown children, Austin and Sara.
- Armand TiffePastor Emeritus
Armand Tiffe was the founding pastor of Cornerstone, serving as senior pastor since its inception in 1989 until his retirement from that role in 2015. He continues to serve part-time overseeing Cornerstone’s Biblical Counseling and Training Center. Armand is a graduate of Liberty University, ordained by the Evangelical Free Church of America, and a certified biblical counselor and instructor of biblical counseling for the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. He is an author of several books, including Transformed Into His Likeness. Armand and his wife Kathy are blessed with two adult children, their spouses, and five grandchildren.
- Josiah KennivMinister of Worship and Media
Josiah grew up in Lebanon, Ohio and graduated from Cedarville University with a B.A. in Worship Ministry, a B.A. in Music, and a Bible minor. While at Cedarville, he served for three years on Heartsong, one of Cedarville's touring worship teams that traveled to churches and Christian camps to lead worship and minister to young people. Josiah joined the staff in 2018 and oversees the worship ministry, social media, counseling intake, membership data management, and other media needs. He recently received his Master of Divinity in Biblical Counseling through Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (December, 2023). Josiah and his wife Grace have two children, Neve (3) and Desmond (1).
- Angela McDonoughOffice Administrator
Angela and her husband, Jeff, have been members of Cornerstone since 2001. Angela graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2004. She has been involved with the Children’s Ministry at Cornerstone, serving as a preschool teacher in the Sunday School. For the past two years, Angela has served as the Kid’s Connection coordinator for the Motherhood Connection ministry. Angela and her husband also oversee the hospitality ministry. Angela and Jeff have two children, Victoria and Patrick.
- Ashley DekkerChildren's Ministry Director
Ashley grew up in Kodiak, Alaska and graduated with a degree in Music Education from Grove City College. In 2018, she and her husband Kaleb chose Cornerstone as their home church and quickly became members. Ashley taught music at the elementary level. She was also involved in Children’s Ministry in the preschool class. When they relocated to Pittsburgh in 2020, Ashley continued to teach music, but at the middle school level. Kaleb and Ashley felt God calling them back to Cleveland and they missed the Cornerstone Community, so they moved back to the area in Summer 2022. Ashley substitute taught for a school year and they taught 3rd & 4th grade Sunday School together. Ashley was involved in Kidz Blast as the music leader and a skill area leader. Ashley joined staff as Children’s Ministry Director in August 2023.
