Paul TautgesElder, Senior PastorDr. Paul Tautges serves as senior pastor at Cornerstone, having previously pastored for twenty-two years in Wisconsin. Paul has authored or edited over 70 books, including Remade: Embracing Your Complete Identity in Christ, Anxiety: Knowing God’s Peace, A Small Book for the Hurting Heart, and Counseling One Another. He is also the consulting editor of the LifeLine Mini-Book series from Shepherd Press. Paul is a council member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition, a teaching fellow with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and has completed the Formation Certificate from CCEF. He and his wife, Karen, enjoy their ten
children, their sons- and daughters-in-law, and a growing tribe of grandchildren. Paul enjoys writing to cultivate discipleship among believers and, therefore, blogs regularly at Counseling One Another. -
Ed FedorElder, Executive PastorPastor Fedor had been President of his family business prior to answering God’s call to join the Cornerstone staff. He has been a member of Cornerstone since 1995, an elder since 1998, and joined the staff in June of 2003. Ed is ordained by the Evangelical Free Church of America and has a Master of Arts degree in Theology and completed one year of doctoral studies. He is a Certified Biblical Counselor through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). He oversees the church staff, Growth Group ministries, leadership development, ministry development, seminars, and administrative functions. Ed and his wife Elizabeth have two grown children, Austin and Sara.

Ryan ThomasPastor of Care and ConnectionRyan was born and raised in Arkansas. After college, he married the love of his life, Joy, and they have been together for over 17 years. They have the privilege of shepherding five children: Hosanna, Haddon, Josiah, Elliana, and Elijah. He obtained a Master of Divinity degree in International Church Planting from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, he's currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Biblical Counseling, and is certified through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). Prior to serving at Cornerstone, Ryan and Joy served in cross-cultural missions for over 17 years in Asia and Europe. Ryan enjoys multicultural cuisines, reading, coffee & tea, teaching their boys to do "man stuff," date times with Joy, deep discussions, and walking alongside others as they grow in their trust in and reliance on Christ.

Armand TiffePastor EmeritusArmand Tiffe was the founding pastor of Cornerstone, serving as senior pastor since its inception in 1989 until his retirement from that role in 2015. Armand is a graduate of Liberty University, ordained by the Evangelical Free Church of America, and a certified biblical counselor and instructor of biblical counseling for the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. He is an author of several books, including Transformed Into His Likeness. Armand and his wife Kathy are blessed with two adult children, their spouses, and five grandchildren.

Josiah KennivMinister of Worship and YouthJosiah serves as the Minister of Worship and Youth and has been part of the church family since May 2018. He has a heart for helping students and the congregation grow in a deeper love for Christ and his Word through worship, teaching, and walking alongside people in everyday life. Josiah holds degrees in Music and Worship Ministry from Cedarville University and a Master of Divinity in Biblical Counseling from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Grace, are raising their two young children—Neve and Desmond—in the church and community they love. When he’s not at church, you’ll likely find him lifting weights, biking, reading, or spending time with his family.

Josie LeinbachChildren's Ministry DirectorJosie and her husband, Glenn, have been members of Cornerstone since 2006. Over the years, Josie has served in a variety of areas, including youth and women’s ministry, Sunday school, and worship team. She and Glenn have 5 children and have been homeschooling for over 15 years. Josie has been a childbirth educator and doula since 2012, working with couples as they prepare for the birth process, caring for a newborn, and the wonderful (but often overwhelming) transition to life with children. She has a heart to minister to families at all stages of the parenting journey through the faithful application of God’s Word, intergenerational discipleship, and gospel-focused children’s programming.

Becca BrownChildren's Events CoordinatorBecca has attended Cornerstone since she was a young child. Cornerstone had a big influence on her life growing up. She desires to help impact the next generation for Christ through engaging children’s events. Becca graduated with a Master of Occupational Therapy degree in 2013 and works with older adults. Becca and her husband, Buster, serve as Sunday School teachers where she loves teaching children about the Lord. They have two children, Eliza and Clint. When not homeschooling her children, you will find Becca in the kitchen trying a new recipe or enjoying the great outdoors, especially the beach!

Angela McDonoughOffice AdministratorAngela and her husband, Jeff, have been members of Cornerstone since 2001. Angela graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2004. She has been involved with the Children’s Ministry at Cornerstone, serving as a preschool teacher in the Sunday School. For the past two years, Angela has served as the Kid’s Connection coordinator for the Motherhood Connection ministry. Angela and her husband also oversee the hospitality ministry. Angela and Jeff have two children, Victoria and Patrick.
