Children’s Ministry Events Coordinator

Cornerstone Community Church is seeking to hire a part-time Children’s Ministry Director to join our ministry team.

The position has two main roles: 1) Sunday morning children’s ministry leadership functions and 2) leadership and coordination of children’s ministry events.

Depending on a candidate’s availability and giftedness, the position could be filled by one person or by two: one person for Sunday mornings and overall leadership, and one person for events.

Position Summary:

The leader of the Children’s Ministry should have a passion for the discipleship of our children, a desire to strengthen the families of our church, and a vision to reach families in our community with the life-transforming truth of the gospel for the glory of God. Our curriculum will be Christ-centered, gospel-driven, biblically faithful, and age appropriate to stimulate our children’s spiritual maturity and a biblical worldview. Regular events will endeavor to bring families together and provide gospel-centered fun and fellowship for the children. A high priority will always be the safety of our children and a secure, nurturing environment.
