What is Equip?

The apostle Paul teaches us that “we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ” (Eph. 4:15). Teachers in the church are to equip the body of Christ “until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ” (Eph. 4:11-14).

Equip classes aim to help you grow in the grace and knowledge of God through a systematic study of the Scriptures as they apply to your faith and your daily life as a Christian. Classes will be added year-by-year as we further this aim. The classes will repeat over time so don’t worry if you miss a class.

Our goal is to not just to learn information but to grow in our love for our Savior, Jesus Christ, to deepen our worship of our creator God, to love one another more faithfully, and to honor God with our lives in greater ways for his glory.

These classes are for anyone, 7th grade and up, whether you are newer to the faith or you’ve been walking with Christ for years.

Our Equip classes take place on Sunday mornings between our two worship services. Our “Kids’ Club” is available for children birth through 6th grade during class times. We encourage you to take advantage of these classes if you are able.
